The Ayrshire Collection is the kind of place that has a feeling the moment you walk in — 16 uniquely designed suites across two historic properties in Elora, Ontario, where every room has a name, a vibe, and a story of its own. From champagne retreats with freestanding tubs to cozy tartan-wrapped corners built for slow mornings, the Ayrshire isn't just a place to stay. It's a place to feel something.

Cove was brought in to capture that feeling. Through lifestyle photography, digital camera stills, and cinematic video, we documented the warmth, texture, and quiet luxury that makes the Ayrshire Collection what it is — giving their audience not just a look at the rooms, but a reason to book.
